Provider Gateway, powered by BRMS is a unique website designed for Providers to quickly access and request member information specific by Provider NPI/TIN. Once a Provider has requested and been granted access, the following functionality will be available:
- Confirm member eligibility
- Manage Provider accounts/create users
- Review claims by member/provider
- Request an inquiry on a specific claim
- Review Medical Requests by member/provider
- Initiate a new Medical Request
- Review Medical Request Letter details
Getting started is simple, just register! Within two business days, BRMS will confirm Provider registrations or reach out to a Provider directly to complete the request. Once access is granted, Providers can setup a number of user accounts that will permit access to all claims and medical requests associated to the respective TIN.

Why Register? BRMS must verify that each provider is a certified provider and information matches the national provider database. The process can take up to two business days. Providers will receive an email upon the submission of a complete application and an email notification once the registration has been approved. If there is any additional required information or clarification, BRMS will contact each provider using the contact information provided on the registration form.
To Login enter the (1) Username and (2) password given at the time of registration. If an invalid Username and Password combination is entered five or more times, the account will be locked.
